How do I receive E-mail Notifications for my orders?

  • Select the commerce element Store on your website
  • Within the Right Toolbar, under the Form tab, go for E-mail
  • In the field Form will be sent to this E-mail, enter the E-mail address to which the notification is to be sent
  • In the field Form will be sent from this E-mail, enter the E-mail address from which the notification is to be sent
  • In the field With subject, enter the desired subject
  • In the field Form sent Message, enter a text that will appear as soon as the order has been sent
  • In the Right Toolbar, within the Form tab under the SMTP tab activate the function Activate SMTP and fill in the following fields:
    • SMTP Host: This always begins with ' mail.' followed by your domain
    • SMTP Port: 587
    • SMTP encryption: TLS
    • SMTP username: The username is the email address you are sending from
    • SMTP password: The password of your e-mail address
