Track orders
- Select the Store element on your website
- Within the Right Toolbar, under the Store tab, click on Check orders
- From the State drop-down menu select a state and then click Filter
- To display an order based on the order number enter the order number into the field Order number and then click Filter
- To display orders within a specific time period, enter the start date Date from and the end date Date to and then click Filter
Process orders / change the status of an order
- To change the status of an order, in the line of the respective order click Details
- In the top left corner, straight under Order details, next to the state, click the Pencil for Editing to change the state of an order
