- Drag the Commerce element from the Main Toolbar onto your website
- Select Store
- In the Right Toolbar, under the Store tab, go for Edit products
- Edit your products and confirm with Apply
- Go for Payment Gateways and deactivate all payment options
- In the Right Toolbar, under the Store tab, click on Contact Form
- Customize the form fields according to your wishes
- It makes sense to select the appropriate type for each form field. For example, the e-mail type only allows entries that correspond to the format of an e-mail
- For some types (such as text), you can click the Pencil for Editing , e.g. to limit the number of characters
- With +Add option you can add further form fields
- When you are done, confirm with Apply
- In the Right Toolbar, under the Form tab, click on E-mail
- Enter an E-mail address into the field Form will be sent to this E-mail. You can separate multiple recipient addresses with a comma.
- Into the field Form will be sent from this E-mail, enter the e-mail address from which the form will be sent.
- Tip: Create a separate email address for this case
- You must send emails from the same domain as your website (e.g. if the domain of your website is muster-xx-mann.at, the email address must be versand@muster-xx-mann.at)
- Within the Right Toolbar, under the SMTP tab, activate the function Activate SMTP and fill in the following fields:
- SMTP Host: The SMTP Host always begins with 'mail.' followed by your domain - in our example this would be mail.muster-xx-mann.at
- SMTP Port: 587
- SMTP encryption: TLS
- SMTP username: The username is the E-mail address you are sending from - in our example versand@muster-xx-mann.at
- SMTP password: The password of your E-mail address
