An alias email address does not have its own mailbox and forwards emails to an existing mailbox. For example, you could create an alias e-mail address for each nickname and still receive all e-mails in one mailbox.

How do I set up e-mail forwarding (alias e-mail address) ?

1. Log in to the customer center at http://my.helloly.com. In the dashboard you will find your active products. Select the desired product and click on Log in to cPanel.

2. Under Tools in the Email section click on the function Forwarders and then click on Add Forwarder.

3. Now you can enter the Adress to be forwarded into the Address to Forward: field. In the following drop-down menu, select the desired (sub)domain and complete the address for the forwarding.

4. Finally, enter the email address to be forwarded in the Forward to Email Address field under Destination.

5. Confirm with Add Forwarder.
