There are two ways to find out the memory requirements for an e-mail account in the cPanel.

Option 1: "Storage space usage through emails"

• Access the client area via my.helloly.com
• You can find your current web hosting packages in the Dashboard under Your Active Products/Services.
• Click Log in to cPanel next to the desired hosting package
• In the cPanel, under Email, click on the function Email Disk Usage

    • under Disk Usage you see the current memory requirement

    • ... All Messages
    • ... Custom query
• By clicking on Delete Permanently, you can delete emails according to the previously defined criteria

Option 2: "Email Accounts"

• Click Log in to cPanel next to the desired hosting package
• In the cPanel, under Email, click on the function Email Accounts
