Support costs outside our core services

Of course, support for domain and hosting is always included! However, if you ever need help with third-party applications or software, we will of course not leave you out in the cold.

For support outside our core services, we charge € 50 per half hour (excl. VAT) during office hours.

In urgent cases, we also offer support outside our office hours for € 100 per half hour (excl. VAT).
